How are emergencies handled after hours? Is there another doctor that sometimes takes calls or covers for Lake Pointe Orthopaedics?

Our physicians or staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our main office number, (972) 475-8914, for assistance anytime. Prescriptions are refilled during office hours only.

Where is Lake Pointe Orthopaedics located?

Lake Pointe Orthopaedics is located in Rockwall at 3136 Horizon Rd. Rockwall, Suite 100, TX 75032. We also see new patients only on Mondays at our Dallas location located at Forest Park Pavilion, 12222 N. Central Expwy., Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75243.

Lake Pointe Orthopaedics treats patients off all ages, from infants to seniors.

Does Lake Pointe Orthopaedics have a wheelchair to help me from my car to the office or vice versa?

Yes, Lake Pointe Orthopaedics can accommodate such requests.

Is there anyone in the office who is bilingual?

Yes, both English and Spanish are spoken in our office.

Making an Appointment & What to Bring

Are you accepting new patients?

Lake Pointe Orthopaedics is continuously accepting new patients. To make an appointment, please call (972)475-8914. It is also requested that new patients fill out the New Patient Information forms prior to their visit in order to expedite insurance processing. The New Patient Information form can be filled out and submitted online or by downloading the document, printing it, filling it out, and faxing it to our office at (972) 412-8601

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

You need to bring: X-Rays (Original films, if possible) The hospital will not mail the films. LPO will keep the films in your file unless instructed to return them. Diagnostic Studies (MRI, CT Scans) Insurance Card & Referral (if needed)

It is the patient's responsibility to know the stipulations of their insurance policy, including referral & fee policies.

Medical Records

What is your policy for releasing records?

Lake Pointe Orthopaedics requires a consent form that is signed by either the patient or the patient's legal guardian.
